JudeDavis.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, modify or change these terms and conditions at any time. 2. Prices

The catalog prices appearing on this website are quoted in Euros, net amounts including VAT.

Shipping fees are also included in the sale price.

The sale price, as well as all possible costs, are indicated in the synthesis of the customer order and are subject to approval before confirming each order.

3. Customs fees

Orders outside France may be subject to customs duties at the border crossing. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and the recipient recognizes to be informed when ordering. These taxes are not in any case entitled to a discount, a refund or a de-taxing.
Customs taxes depend on the country of the customer, the money paid as customs tax does not come back to Jude Davis but is a customs tax.


4. Availability & Size

The JudeDavis.com delivery commitment is void in case of failure or non-compliance with lead times from its suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not due to JudeDavis.com.

In case of unavailability of a product, JudeDavis.com will inform the customer of such unavailability to the best of their ability as soon as possible.



5. Payment 
Payment methods accepted : Paypal & Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card).


6. Delivery and transport

Products are sent to the delivery address given by the customer during the order process. JudeDavis delivers its products worldwide.

The bracelets are sent from France. The delivery therefore depends on the customer's country.


In the event that an order requires several deliveries, the shipping and transport are charged to the customer once per order.

In case of delay by the carrier responsible, JudeDavis.com will not be held liable for any reason whatsoever. Consequently, no claims against JudeDavis.com of any nature whatsoever may be made.

TO NOTE :

JudeDavis.com does not book parcels in postal box and books no goods to a customer or minor under guardianship, unless written permission from parents or guardian is recieved.

 

7. Warranty

The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the item. JudeDavis.com invites the customer to check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as transport damage. According to the law, the customer is obliged to notify (up to a period of one week after delivery) JudeDavis.com of defect or abnormality affecting the delivered goods to allow JudeDavis.com to rectify the complaint. If the customer does not comply with the above two requirements verification of goods and signaling their defects and anomalies, the customer loses the right to the guarantee. The following is not covered under the guarentee: damage due to poor maintenance, non-compliance of the operating instructions, or normal wear and tear. Leather Straps are guarentee for 6 months.

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. 

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.

Jude Davis does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
